| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone. | Returns Policy Goods may only be returned to Netcomp by prior arrangement. Goods returned for reasons other than being faulty or defective must be unused, in saleable condition and in the original packing sent freight paid to Netcomp. Such returns will be subject to a 25% handling charge. Goods which have been specially made, modified or purchased for a buyer may not be returned for credit. No returned goods will be accepted more than 30 days after the goods were despatched by the Netcomp and no credit will be allowed unless supported by the Netcomps duly completed Return Product Authority form. |
